As Chief Operating Officer, Matt Hendrickson is responsible for creating efficient, reliable, and accurate processes that deliver Credent’s Unified Managed Account platform and support client-facing teams, allowing them to spend more time serving hardworking individuals and families.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Before Credent, he spent 14 years at Navistar and a decade at Franklin Electric, serving in leadership roles and gaining experience in IT infrastructure and security, factory automation, cloud applications, ecommerce, ERP, and M&A.

Outside the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, playing softball and basketball, and coaching. He serves on his church council, leads a weekly basketball open gym night for the community, and spent six years as treasurer of his children’s school board.
