Before Credent, Joe worked in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years. As the senior director of sales & marketing, he led a $500 million global organization in creating strategies, developing sales teams, and integrating business units into the organization’s sales processes.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Saint Francis. He and his wife, Margaret, have three active boys. Joe enjoys watching his kids’ extracurricular activities and has coached various sports in the community for over 15 years. He is also an active member of his local church.
