As the Chief Talent Officer, Brian Wessley leads Credent’s human resources and talent development efforts to ensure team members have what they need to meet and exceed client expectations. With over 30 years of broad-based HR experience, he excels at supporting employee success and growth.

Brian’s knowledge includes strategic planning, performance management, benefits, training and development, and recruiting and selection. He and his team regularly gather feedback and implement changes to refine team culture.

Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in human resources and marketing. He also earned his master’s in human resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
